Meiwa Pax's own plants are deployed at eight bases nationwide. Osaka (Headquarters Factory, Ikuno Factory, Takatsuki Factory), Hyogo, Chiba, Yamanashi, Nagano, and Kumamoto factories will work together closely utilizing their unique strengths to realize an optimal production system for customers . The Hyogo Plant, which is the main plant, is equipped with many of the facilities in the flexible packaging industry, including the world's first continuous vacuum metallizing machine introduced in advance of the industry. In addition, by flexibly linking bases in various locations in Japan, we plan to continue our business even in the event of an emergency or other disaster.
We have acquired ISO 9001 certification and conducted thorough quality control from production to shipping by conducting inspection based on the QMS system. In addition, we have a clean room, are approved by the Flexible Packaging Hygiene Association, and are suitable for producing packaging materials for pharmaceuticals. Even if a complaint occurs, it is all manufactured in-house, so possible to immediately identify the cause of the problem.
In order to meet the needs of high-mix low-volume production received from customers, we have realized a highly integrated production system. By doing everything from planning and design to production processes such as deposition and inflation film production, prepress, printing, laminating, slitting and bag-making, and quality inspection and shipping, we reduce intermediate loss by carrying out everything in-house so, it is possible to efficiently produce and deliver the necessary products to customers as and when they are needed. In addition, we have established a management system that can confirm progress and processing results in real time.
